A Government Takeover of Catholic Hospitals?

doctorPresident Obama isn’t pro-choice, at least not when it comes to the choices of people who do not support abortion.   Another crisis is brewing – one that Rahm Emmanuel will surely not waste.  And I wonder if that isn’t the point of all this. I was just notified by my bank that a third party company (i.e. somebody I bought something from, why can’t they just say what they mean?) managed to compromise my credit card info. The wacky thing is that they say they “will be blocking your Debit and/or Credit Card on March 12, 2009.” How bizarre. I can’t think of why they’d wait; sheesh, block it now if it’s compromised! I’m on hold to find out exactly what’s going on… thanking God for speakerphones and cursing Satan for hold music.

Paypal and Google were founded that year. Bulletin boards were still all the rage back then. We used Gopher, Archie, and Veronica.
