What I know about the television show The View consists of a series of posts and annoying video clips I’ve seen at Hot Air. So this post at Newsbusters was a refreshing change. Evidently the ladies of The View comprehend that – in spite of media-driven political correctness that has given Thomas Beatie her claim to fame – there is no such thing as a pregnant man. Surgery and legal classification can’t trump biology.
[Barbara Walters noted] that Beatie claims that what makes you a man or a woman is, “if you think like a man or a woman, if you feel like a man. It doesn’t matter what your reproductive organs are.”
But Babs was quickly contradicted by Whoopi Goldberg:
“If you have a baby vaginally, you’re a woman…its one thing to think that you’re feeling about some thing, but there are certain things you can’t do…and men… cannot have babies.
