I’d say so much for running for office, but politicians have not been sanctioned by voters after doing far worse.
And to think he wanted to run for Governor of my state! We don’t need him! He would be well out of his league! But there are many who would vote for him!
Not only is the .08 limit (imposed by most states) too low, but the police also charge a lot of people who are actually under the limit. The fact that he opted for the blood test suggests that he thinks he may be innocent. Some people are scared of the breath test. though, for some reason.
Very late reply…but the breath test is known to be inaccurate if you’ve had anything to eat or drink in the past half-hour. It can also get false positives off of breath mints, mouth wash, etc.
