CS Monitor dons leather jacket, skis…

In the “Are You Kidding Me?” Department:

When two Tea Party activists entered their protest zone, a fight erupted as Tea Party and ANSWER protesters kicked and punched one another and spilled into the middle of a busy intersection.

… But the fight Saturday might be evidence of a backlash against the occasionally provocative nature of previous Tea Parties, says Howard Brick, a University of Michigan history professor who specializes in the history of social movements in the US.

Those lousy teabaggers sure are trouble!  Let’s go to the video and watch them get what they deserve!

My, my… the ANSWER thugs started it, just like the SEIU thugs began beating the crap out of Kenneth Gladney, unprovoked – as that video makes clear. So much for the paper’s distinctive brand of nonhysterical journalism. The CS Monitor was running $6 million in the red each year until they ceased their printed daily edition, settling for a weekly plus the website. And how’s that working out for them?

Well, they’re doing a little better than hotair.com, a website maintained primarily by two guys.  The deadline to be profitable was 2009, the clock’s ticking.  Maybe after the next round of layoffs they can get jobs in the Obama administration.
