Finally: Justice for David Goldman

David Goldman’s wife took their son Sean on vacation to Brazil and never came back. She divorced him and remarried a prominent Brazilian lawyer. All that time, Goldman fought for custody of his son, and was successful in US courts, but his ex and her husband refused to comply with the order to return Sean to his father. When Goldman’s ex died in childbirth, her husband had the audacity to file – in Brazil – for custody of Sean, citing as one reason the fact that his father had not been paying child support! (Goldman rightly pointed out that it’s not customary to pay child support to kidnappers.) Five years later, he finally has his son back on US soil.
