As annoying as he is, I’m pretty sure I would prefer him over McCain.
Why? Seriously. I’d really like to know.
Huckabee (supposedly) supports a wall along the Mexican border and a national sales tax to replace the income tax.
McCain supports amnesty and a global warming tax. In particular, the global warming tax seriously angers me. The whole notion of global warming is a socialist hoax designed to reduce the wealth of Western individuals — and ultimately to weaken the West as a whole. It is based primarily on propaganda rather than science. And McCain’s record on judicial appointments (regarding abortion, etc.) leaves a lot to be desired as well.
Actually, the Huckster said that it was unChristian and unAmerican to deny benefits to illegals, and complained about ICE raids in Arkansas while he was Gov. He didn’t get tough on immigration until he ran for President, the hypocrite. He’s also on board with global warming, although he says he’s not sure if it’s entirely human caused.
I agree with you that global warming is a hoax, though – I actually have a whole category dedicated to that. Interesting how whether the current scare is warming or cooling, the solution is always the same – more government regulation!
