I was at Sam’s Club yesterday and kept crossing paths with, of all people, James Carville. It’s one thing to know he and Mary Matalin live in New Orleans, and another to see him rolling his cart around the store.

Is he as ricticulous (yes, new word) as on TV?
That would be surreal. Was he at least picking up huge boxes of snacks? He always looks like he needs to eat more and put on some weight.
Did you see the clip of him wearing Puma shoes at the Democratic convention? PUMA was adopted as the slogan of the Hillary supporters — “Party Unity My Ass.”
He has a good sense of humor.

No, not really ridiculous; just a guy, pushing a cart. I did a double-take when I recognized him. Yes, he IS exceedingly thin, and probably could use some snacks.
Funny about the shoes. He definitely has a good sense of humor, but every time I’ve seen him on TV he always seems to be saying something so disingenuous and so over-the-top that I can’t help but think he must know he’s lying – it’s impossible he could be THAT wrong and not know it. Or he’s the most deluded man on TV… something. Seems like a strange guy.
