This is just sick: a woman pled guilty to selling a couple of preschoolers for $175 and a cockatoo. The couple purchasing the kids seemed to at least have good intentions, though I can’t help but wonder why they don’t adopt through the foster system if they’re willing to take older kids with a troubled background.
