Though lacking flux capacitors and dilithium crystals, Obama has somehow managed to master time travel. Only, instead of us going to the 1970s, he’s bringing the 70s to us!
I’ve been noticing 70s fashion – maxi dresses, halter tops and dresses, platform shoes – for a while. Riots in the middle east, people attacking our embassy, inflation/stagflation, high gas prices, and now the TV show Dallas is coming back.
If we’re going to have to relive the 70s, I wish they would bring back “Battle of the Network Stars.” An unscripted track and field day with, for example, the cast of and crew of 24 versus 30 Rock. This Bob Conrad – Gabe Kaplan “hullaballoo” is priceless:
