Perez Hilton, the guy who forced the gay marriage issue into the Miss America contest, was in a Kurt Russell “Escape from New York” style brawl. Okay, not really. He was apparently punched in the face, though he is sans bruising and any really obvious injury. The most remarkable thing about this whole situation is that he’s become internationally famous although he’s still in high school. He IS still in high school, right? How else to explain this?
So Perez Hilton is just fine, no worries, really. On the other hand, this is going to leave a mark on Andrew Sullivan. That’s going to take a mighty big bottle of Bactine.
