In my years as a corporate trainer, I noticed most people use Microsoft Word in Print Layout view. (View > Print Layout) When you need to change your margins, there is a quick and easy way to do it. Move your mouse over the Indent markers until the white arrow changes to a two headed black arrow. Now you can drag your margins to whatever size you prefer – and the benefit of doing it this way is you can instantly see the affect on your page content. If you want to see the exact measurements as you drag, hold down the Alt key while you drag the margins.
